  As a landlord, I’ve used UBC Quality Building Limited UBC Quality Building Limited which carried out impressive work levelling the floors throughout one of our latest purchases. From the outset they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The standard of workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high finish. The difference in the floors is immediately noticeable, and we’re very pleased with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  A huge thank you to the UBC Quality Build team, especially Taras who carried out most of the work. Everyone was polite, respectful, tidy, and had great attention to detail. They worked non-stop. I was so happy to find a company who could do the job from start to finish, without the need for me to find and juggle a separate plumber, joiner etc. Everything was straight forward and I’m super happy I chose them for the job. Thank you!
