  Hi. The UBC guys impressed me with a quality and time scale. Job was done one week earlier than expected time. On the end of the project they made a little discount as well. Highly recommended for loft conversions.

  Full renovation of a 6 bed house

  The work that was produced by UBC was superb. Commutation from start to finish was fantastic and the whole process of having a full house renovation seemed easy rather than stressful. Well done team!

  Andriy and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were fast efficient and incredibly professional throughout the entire project. nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to take on a few extras at a reasonable cost which was a huge help. The quality of work from Andriy and his subcontractors was excellent, with great attention to detail and a tidy finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely be using them in the future.

  Fitting new bathroom sink

  The job was a quality ! Professionally done using a good quality of materials , left bathroom nice and tidy after installation . Would recommend to all my friends and other customers. Will be using UBC Quality Build again if needed :)

  Internal restructure

  From receiving that first call they were just amazing. Absolutely grafted each day from 8:30-5. They cleaned up after themselves were great at communicating with me and disafab job over and above what I asked for
