A huge thank you to the UBC Quality Build team, especially Taras who carried out most of the work. Everyone was polite, respectful, tidy, and had great attention to detail. They worked non-stop. I was so happy to find a company who could do the job from start to finish, without the need for me to find and juggle a separate plumber, joiner etc. Everything was straight forward and I’m super happy I chose them for the job. We had a rising damp problem under our log burner fire in the lounge. UBC found the problem which was caused by a damp proof coarse failure and removed the log burner, excavated the hardcore then replaced the DMP and made good the paving slabs before re installing the burner. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and we have been very happy with the result.

The guys at UBC did an absolutely superb job. Very swift response to my initial enquiry. Very quick appraisal and a fair quote for all work to be carried out. The work was completed on time by really good people - polite, professional and hard working. Very little noise, no mess left - very skilful joinery and plastering. All in all a firm that can be trusted and relied upon - very good communication each day to ensure I was always kept in the loop. I highly recommend UBC and will be asking them to come back in a few weeks for some more jobs. Well done guys.

Hi. The UBC guys impressed me with a quality and time scale. Job was done one week earlier than expected time. On the end of the project they made a little discount as well. Highly recommended for loft conversions.

The work that was produced by UBC was superb. Commutation from start to finish was fantastic and the whole process of having a full house renovation seemed easy rather than stressful. Well done team!

Andriy and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were fast efficient and incredibly professional throughout the entire project. nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to take on a few extras at a reasonable cost which was a huge help. The quality of work from Andriy and his subcontractors was excellent, with great attention to detail and a tidy finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely be using them in the future.
