Firstly I’m not one to normally write reviews, but on this occasion this very well ran business deserves the credit when it’s due Their website is clear with detailed explanations of the work they do and methods used. They have prices listed for different jobs so you know in advance an approximate cost, unlike some companies that overprice rather than refuse a job or add extra on because you live in a more expensive postcode. Never mind the sparkling windows, it’s lovely to have a clean front door! Tyne cleaners did a very thorough job on my doors, windows and surrounds, which has given the outside of my house a much-needed facelift. Also impressed with the thoughtful customer service, such as 3 days notice before taking direct debit and an email the day before they are coming, and explanation about the water and system they use.
