Excellent communication from John. Great job in cleaning windows, UPVC & conservatory. The access to the conservatory roof was awkward but they managed to still do a good job. Will definitely have them back again.

Firstly I’m not one to normally write reviews, but on this occasion this very well ran business deserves the credit when it’s due Their website is clear with detailed explanations of the work they do and methods used. They have prices listed for different jobs so you know in advance an approximate cost, unlike some companies that overprice rather than refuse a job or add extra on because you live in a more expensive postcode. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent communication. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Never mind the sparkling windows, it’s lovely to have a clean front door! Tyne cleaners did a very thorough job on my doors, windows and surrounds, which has given the outside of my house a much-needed facelift. Also impressed with the thoughtful customer service, such as 3 days notice before taking direct debit and an email the day before they are coming, and explanation about the water and system they use. Considering the thorough job and excellent customer service is provided at a value for money price, I highly recommend this company.

John did an amazing job on our windows, including a couple of tricky Velux windows. They're sparkling. But it's not just the fabulous job; the whole process from start to finish is the most professional service I've ever seen from a window cleaner. The ease of booking, instant response, electronic payment – it's impressive to find a service as professionally run as this, and by such a friendly and nice bloke. Top marks, very highly recommended.
