  Patience and professionalism

  I am very certisfied from telephone conversation to the two staffs that showed up at my house to sort my heating problem out. They were both professional and very patient with me and they ensured that they resolved the issue without rushing me to make available for them the required channel to function.   repair of boiler

  as soon as the lads came in they were very professional and made us aware that the boiler was too bad to be fixed and there was other issues outside and Cadent was called straight away . new boiler needed and engineer ASAP. they left sending us quotes to get a replacement boiler.....great communication will use in the future (ignore last review)

  Give TwinSun a call and book a service before winter.

  Gentle came to do my annual service. I hardly new he was there. Although he seemed a pleasant man. It's great to get your service done in the Summer months to rule out any possible faults before winter. Everything was as fine.

  Fault find - PRV - needed to top up boiler daily

  Reece was prompt and professional. He completed the job in an efficiently and timely manner, ensuring all work was explained after. No leaks, just topping up boiler daily. Recommended by another professional to replace PRV (leaking out external copper pipe) and re pressurise vessel. Already purchased correct replacement PRV according to GC number. Completed the fault find and repaired PRV. Recommended service.
