Twinsun responded very quickly to my request on checkatrade. Luckily they had a cancellation so we were seen very quickly. Everything they said they would do they did, they communicated everything they were going to do etc. They explained the process and about the service plan. I would strongly recommend them.

Updates were given throughout on arrival time. Reece was friendly, came on time, conducted the repair promptly and also supported with repairs and advice on the water tank. Would recommend using again.

Communication and support was excellent. As there was not much info online if the new Tado System would be compatible with our existing boiler system. TwinSun rang me to explain what I was after, then asked me send them a couple of photographs of our existing system and replied back with the good news that it was compatible. I then made an appointment with them and arrived on the day. Engineer was very friendly and helpful and explained everything that I needed to know, plus a couple of queries I had.

Reece and his colleague were punctual, polite and explained everything they were going to do and options if I wanted them. They were efficient and tidy and put up with my questions.
