Twinsun Heating provided an excellent service. Reece the engineer came early in the give time window and worked quietly and efficiently on our combi boiler. He was helpful throughout and I thought they provided good value for money.

I booked this company through Checkatrade for a boiler inspection. Their engineer verbally told me the boiler was “At Risk” and unsafe, and provided a quote for urgent repair work. No written Warning Notice was issued and the boiler was not disconnected. Because of the seriousness of what I was told, I arranged for a second Gas Safe engineer to attend. He carried out a full inspection, provided photographic evidence, and issued a new Gas Safety Certificate confirming the boiler was safe and that no repairs were required. I raised my concerns with the company but received no explanation or fo

Do not use. Absolute con I had to pre pay an extortionate amount to get them to come out just to tell me my boiler is leaking when that was the reason I called and then to quote a ridiculous amount of money. We are on a pension and are seriously going to miss the call out fee we had to pay that we thought would be part of fixing the boiler.
