    Company that cares!

    Cannot fault the help they gave me when I was in need of an engineer urgently, out the same day, which was a Friday so couldn't fix till the Monday but issue resolved quickly, efficiently & cost wise didn't break the bank so very happy with James, Amanda & Keeley for all their help & patience. Highly recommend.

    Patience and professionalism

    I am very certisfied from telephone conversation to the two staffs that showed up at my house to sort my heating problem out. They were both professional and very patient with me and they ensured that they resolved the issue without rushing me to make available for them the required channel to function. I am very pleased with outcome of tge job completed. I will definitely recommend Twinsun to anyone needing their service. Thank you Twinsun

    repair of boiler

    as soon as the lads came in they were very professional and made us aware that the boiler was too bad to be fixed and there was other issues outside and Cadent was called straight away . new boiler needed and engineer ASAP. they left sending us quotes to get a replacement boiler.....great communication will use in the future (ignore last review)

    Give TwinSun a call and book a service before winter.

    Gentle came to do my annual service. I hardly new he was there. Although he seemed a pleasant man. It's great to get your service done in the Summer months to rule out any possible faults before winter. Everything was as fine.
