The engineer arrived on time, was very diligent in their work, explained everything to me and kept all work areas clean.

Twinsun where brilliant, i phoned up with the problem gave them the error code and booked the engineer,he turned up as arranged and on time sorted the problem that we had been telling british gas about for ages,I would recommend twinsun to friends and family and anyone who needs a boiler sorting out.

Excellent service from start to finish. TwinSun are professional and efficient. Reece from TwinSun came to complete my annual boiler service as part of my boiler care service plan. He was polite, tidy and respectful. The service, including a few repairs needed was completed to a high standard and he fully explained to me the parts that needed replacing and was transparent about the pricing. Reece left the space clean and tidy. Communication with TwinSun was excellent from booking with the admin team to completion of the work. Would highly recommend TwinSun Heating.
