The engineer arrived very quickly after I called and was incredibly polite and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me exactly what the issue was. He also advised me on what to do to keep things safe until he can return with the parts needed for the full repair.

Extremely professional and friendly tradesmen, i had 3 in total and each one was very friendly and professional, very impressed and will use this company again if I require a job doing , 1000% recommend

Jill from the office staff promptly arranged for Andrew to come around between jobs to sort a small problem out with rads. which he quickly resoled. Was kept up to date on timings so could not fault them at all, would highly recommend.

I dread booking contractors for repairs so it helps when there is a friendly voice on the end of the phone asking the right things. The lady booking in the repair gave me an idea of the cost pior to booking so I wasn't going to be surprised with a huge bill. (It wasn't) she also talked me through an annual service plan which saved me money on the bill. The gentleman who carried out the repair was friendly and explained what needed doing and again at the end of the repair he gave me another update, so I was kept in informed.
