Hi, I'm Tom...I started TW Facilities Management Ltd with the vision of creating a reliable, quality driven and proud trade service to both domestic and commercial customers in the North East. Over 15 + years I've worked as a JIB Approved Electrician right up to an Operations Manager for a national UK Business. The goal for TW-FM is to establish trust, offer competitive rates and maintain great communication with customers. Our aim is to give you the confidence to call us again in the future.
TW-FM is built from a sound knowledge of learning the industry originally from an electrical background, from being an apprentice to a time served JIB approved electrician and continuing to develop skills by moving into a multi skilled engineer role covering a wide range of electrical/mechanical breakdown/install and planned maintenance jobs, which allows us to take into account various systems and understand how property’s work. This allows us to give customers sound advice that they can have confidence in. We want to deliver quality work and be a business you can rely on when work or advice is needed. A business that you wouldn't hesitate to call again and recommend.
