Had a botched job done by a previous tenant that left a plug not working, Thomas repied instantly and came out within 2 hours to have a look and get this fixed for us - nice easy job thankfully! Really nice guy, very professional and tidy thanks so much!

Tom was kind enough to understand the situation. Turned up at the house to change the nearly burnt and busted electric main socket as his first job for the day. He is friendly and very professional. He sorted the job quickly and left the site clean and tidy. Will hire him again no doubt.

Cant rate TW Facilities Management Ltd (Tom) highly enough. Tom helped and advised me from start to finish. Always got back to me when he said he would, and turned up at the job-site when he also said he would to. He give me a very good quote for the work, either he supply and fit, or i supply and he just fit. Completely took the stress out of me having to worry about the job . First class service wish there were more quality professional trades people in other sectors like Tom. Many thanks from a very happy customer.
