  Investigate loft for vermin

  Tom attended several times, firstly as an emergency close to Xmas. He was always punctual and kept us informed of all developments in a polite and personable manner. He thoroughly checked all of the house as well as loft, identifying any possible entry points. Although you can get cheaper services I would thoroughly recommend TW Estate Management and think his pricing fair for the service given.

  Rats in the house!

  We discovered that rats were nesting in our roof and then had got behind the kickboards in the kitchen and had chewed through the washing machine pipe. It was really distressing. Tom came and visited quickly and immediately put a thoughtful plan in place to catch them and discover how they were getting into the house. He worked very hard in some difficult conditions - our loft is not easy to move around in! He was very thorough and persistent in ridding us of our horrible rat problem!

  Rat Problem

  We had a problem with pests (Mice and a Rat). We dealt with a company prior who were unable to deal with the issue. After speaking with Tom at great length he assured us he would be able to deal with the issue and that he did. Tom was fantastic at the j9b and reassured as all the way through the process. I can not rate Toms work highly enough. Brilliant at his job and a pleasure to deal with

  Squirrel pests in the garden

  Tom was excellent on the phone in response to our query. His advice was really useful and just what we needed which in the end led to us buying a trap and setting it ourselves. I would recommend TW Estate Management to anyone needing similar advice and service. Straightforward, highly informative and honest. Excellent.

  Rodent extermination

  Prior to engaging TW estate management had considerable problems as other operative failed to respond to contacts made. Despite being slightly out of their usual area they were happy to take me on and provided an excellent service. Appointments were kept and where there were very minor delays communications were excellent. Work was completed effectively, professionally and courteously. I was fully appraised of the actions all the way along and given clear guidance as to options available and the possible advantages and disadvantages of each option. I would use in future.
