Tom from T W Estate Management Ltd came to the house to remove a tree root and made the area free from roots so I could plant a fruit tree, he always kept me informed when he was going to arrive and I was told previously the price and time it would take and he kept his word so overall was very happy with the results I would definitely use Tom again for any further work.

Tom, was very efficient, identifying the problem, and its location, something other co’s were unable to do. The problem was then swiftly identified.

I spoke with Tom with regards to a family members rat problem. He was very informative and helpful. The property that has the problem is housing association and at same time with speaking to Tom they come forward to go in and deal. If this company can’t solve - I will definitely be using Tom.
