I spoke with Tom with regards to a family members rat problem. He was very informative and helpful. The property that has the problem is housing association and at same time with speaking to Tom they come forward to go in and deal. If this company can’t solve - I will definitely be using Tom. Tom attended several times, firstly as an emergency close to Xmas. He was always punctual and kept us informed of all developments in a polite and personable manner. He thoroughly checked all of the house as well as loft, identifying any possible entry points. Although you can get cheaper services I would thoroughly recommend TW Estate Management and think his pricing fair for the service given.
