Tom did an excellent job capping off a gas pipe and fitting a new meter box. He was polite, friendly, and punctual. His knowledge and skill were clear, and he explained the work so I understood exactly what was being done. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I am British Gas trained at their academy in Northampton and have been an engineer for 19 years working on everything from brand new installations to 40 year old back boilers.
