Tom did an excellent job capping off a gas pipe and fitting a new meter box. He was polite, friendly, and punctual. His knowledge and skill were clear, and he explained the work so I understood exactly what was being done. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I contacted Tom about a gas boiler service. He was quick to respond to emails to give the price and his availability and for us to get that booked in. He turned up as scheduled (in fact running early - having messaged to check if that would be OK) and worked efficiently. Everything went smoothly and I received the service record by email straight after his visit.
