Tom did an excellent job capping off a gas pipe and fitting a new meter box. He was polite, friendly, and punctual. His knowledge and skill were clear, and he explained the work so I understood exactly what was being done. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend him.

Tom arrived on time, carried out the necessary work efficiently, and kept me informed of progress at all times. He was polite and it was a pleasure to have him working here. He was clean and tidy, thoughtful and courteous. Should I need any more work in this category at any time, he will most definitely be my first port of call.

I contacted Tom about a gas boiler service. He was quick to respond to emails to give the price and his availability and for us to get that booked in. He turned up as scheduled (in fact running early - having messaged to check if that would be OK) and worked efficiently. Everything went smoothly and I received the service record by email straight after his visit. I would recommend Tom for his professional approach and good communication.
