Professional, friendly, and reliable

We got in touch with Tim after having some trouble with our toilet, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He replied quickly and was really professional when he came over. He figured out the problem straight away and removed the built-in toilet basin carefully, making sure nothing got damaged. You could tell he treated our home with care, just like it was his own. While he was here, I also mentioned an issue with a tap, and he was more than happy to take a look. He checked it out and even fixed it then and there. I’d definitely recommend Tim. He does a great job, takes the time to explain

Tim has been absolutely excellent on a series of plumbing jobs for me recently. Great communication over text beforehand so that he arrives ready to do the job efficiently. He’s friendly, polite, punctual, tidy, conscientious, and obviously very skilled. Always explains exactly what he’s doing throughout the job. Would recommend without hesitation.

Tim responded quickly to my enquiry about fixing a toilet at my father's house. He very helpfully scheduled the work for the following day. He arrived promptly and was very friendly. He carried out the work quickly and was able to fix other problems that were also found during the course of the work. I would definitely recommend him to others.
