10 Fix hot water pump

Tim was a really nice guy. He communicated really well in advance and showed up quickly and when he said he would. Did the work really thoroughly and checked to make sure I was absolutely happy with each aspect of the work. Fixed a leaking shower. Tim came out at short notice, methodically worked out what the problem was. I really appreciate his tidy work and polite communication, letting me know when he would arrive and explaining the work he was doing. Having used Tim before with excellent experience and outcome we called on him to detect and solve a toilet leak in a back to wall toilet. Tim's experience and knowledge quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Helpfully shows the identity of the the leak and how he intends to permanently fix it.. Very professional and cordial. Called as had 2 toilets continuously running water. Tim came round promptly and diagnosed the seals as the problem. He replaced the seals there and then.
