Great service, friendly and responsive

Tim made quick arrangements with us after a slow draining bath became blocked drains and a broken overflow. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with and the service was excellent. The issue was identified after a fair bit of work, and we have had no problems since he sorted it. We would use Tim again should we have cause for his services.

Friendly and reliable plumber.

In response to my request, Tim scheduled an appointment with the minimum of fuss and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He had two problems to address - a leaking cistern and a badly blocked kitchen sink. He fixed them both to my complete satisfaction within 40 minutes. Tim is both friendly and helpful, and his communication throughout was first rate. This has been the case every time I have needed his services and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Top man!

Fixed a toilet and a faulty valve

Tim is a real find. He is reliable, turns up when he says he's going to turn up and keeps you in the loop re spare parts etc. He is efficient, tidy and great at what he does. This job was a return to repair a toilet we needed a part for. Whilst here I cheekily asked Tim to look at another plumbing issue I had. He was so accommodating; he took a look and fixed there and then. 10/10

Highly recommend - moved and fitted a radiator

I contacted Tim at short notice as I needed a radiator moved and a new one installed before a decorator came. He was really accommodating and helped me make sure I ordered the correct valves that also matched the style of the radiator. When fitting it, Tim took his time to measure everything accurately so no redrilling was needed. He tested the radiator thoroughly afterwards and was very careful handling it, as it was black and could scratch easily. Tim kept me updated before arriving, was polite and knowledgeable, and talked me through each step of the job.
