Tim is a real find. He is reliable, turns up when he says he's going to turn up and keeps you in the loop re spare parts etc. He is efficient, tidy and great at what he does. This job was a return to repair a toilet we needed a part for. Whilst here I cheekily asked Tim to look at another plumbing issue I had. He was so accommodating; he took a look and fixed there and then. 10/10

I contacted Tim at short notice as I needed a radiator moved and a new one installed before a decorator came. He was really accommodating and helped me make sure I ordered the correct valves that also matched the style of the radiator. When fitting it, Tim took his time to measure everything accurately so no redrilling was needed. He tested the radiator thoroughly afterwards and was very careful handling it, as it was black and could scratch easily. Tim kept me updated before arriving, was polite and knowledgeable, and talked me through each step of the job.

Tim responded very promptly and communicated very well arranging the appointment and during. He was efficient and informative and resolved the issue quickly. Would recommend.

We got in touch with Tim after having some trouble with our toilet, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He replied quickly and was really professional when he came over. He figured out the problem straight away and removed the built-in toilet basin carefully, making sure nothing got damaged. You could tell he treated our home with care, just like it was his own. While he was here, I also mentioned an issue with a tap, and he was more than happy to take a look. He checked it out and even fixed it then and there. I’d definitely recommend Tim. Tim has been absolutely excellent on a series of plumbing jobs for me recently. Great communication over text beforehand so that he arrives ready to do the job efficiently. He’s friendly, polite, punctual, tidy, conscientious, and obviously very skilled. Always explains exactly what he’s doing throughout the job. Would recommend without hesitation.
