  I decided to engage this company after getting a fair quote and being given some good advise, I found the whole experience professional from start to finish. The lads doing the work were polite and courteous and know what they were doing, giving advice were needed and none if it costing anymore. The roof/fascia/soffits/guttering and down downpipes look stunning now, thanks to you all.

  Roof Replacement and Wall Repairs

  Cannot thank Trustmark enough for all of their hard work. I needed my old roof completely replaced, and during the work also discovered the gamble end and chimney needed repairs. The managers, roofers, and brickworkers were absolutely fantastic keeping me updated at every stage of the work. They were incredibly professional and cleared up all mess/rubble after each day. The finished roof has exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be going to Trustmark again in the future for more work on the house. Thank you again.

  a shambles- Arranged a date for the work and no-one came, they started the work a month later than arranged. Workers just turned up, no forward planning. Roofers arrived before scaffolding was erected, we called the office to query, they said no more work was scheduled for the address, so they were corrected.. - Trustmark’s management team have been receptive to the issues I have raised and were proactive in making adjustments in order to accommodate my requests and improve my overall customer experience. I am pleased with the work that’s been done.

  This customer was let down with communication, we accepted that and compensated her with money off and some additional free works. Once the Directors were made aware of the issues they were quickly resolved and the customer is now pleased with the finished work and the company. Can the Clown comments be removed as they are personal and unnecessary.

  It all went very well once the work began. The key person for me was Gemma, back in the office. She dealt with any queries I had, efficiently and promptly. Both teams worked effectively and didn’t waste any time. Both jobs were mucky but all debris was removed from the site and everything left tidy. It hasn’t rained since the work was completed but I have a guarantee in case problems do arrive. I am a layman but I believe that both jobs were done skilfully. The extra £100 I had to pay was a bit of a shock but the work did need doing to complete the work on the kitchen roof.

  We are very pleased with the standard of the work carried out by two professionals who know their jobs very well. The dry ridge tile work looks 100% better than the previous work.
