we had a great exerience. they were punctual, arriving on the day that had been agreed, the team got to work without delay and the job was competed on time. The lads were great, Ian & Finn were polite, respectful and cleaned up after them wherever they want.

The jobs were looked at by Lee who gave very clear explanations of the repairs needed and also those advised but not absolutely necessary at the moment. The work was completed quickly by having 3 different teams to do the jobs on consecutive days. All teams worked hard, explained what they were doing, answered questions and cleared away rubbish. The final team of Ross and Morgan did a final explanation of what had been done and gave advice of what roof issues to look out for in the future. There was no pressure to have more jobs done by the company.

Very reactive and kept me updated regularly - good guys to talk to, very professional. Quotation was high compared to others.

As there was no contact from them after acceptance, I rang the team. I was told they can come and inspect and the minimum work they can do will be at least £250 plus VAT, otherwise, work won't be done. I rejected them immediately.
