  Water tank repair

  The heating piece was corroded in my water tank. Tru-Heat made an estimate based on a picture and my explanation. He came with a titanium replacement piece on the day he said he would come. He was very efficient on the job. A shelf had to be partly removed in order to fit the piece in the water tank, he helped me empty the shelf and put back the stuff on it once the job was done.

  RADIATOR FITTING

  Ross worked very hard and explained all that he and Stacy were doing very clearly and patiently. He took away the old radiator and installed a new one, then he explained how my whole heating system worked. He was honest and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending Tru-Heat.

  fixing a radiator leak

  Ross was truly fantastic, I can definitely recommend him! He is very knowledgeable and polite--the interaction with him has been outstanding from the moment I made a booking until he resolved the issue. Needless to say, he did a great job on fixing the leak on one of my radiators and I am sure I will be using his services in the future.

  Toilet fixing

  Thank you so much Ross for such fantastic service! I needed to have my toilet urgently fixed (it wouldn’t flush), so I asked if he could come that day. Originally he said 18:00, but if he was able to come earlier, would let me know. And before I knew it, he had come and gone by 16:15. Really impressed; very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

  Correcting faulty boiler wiring and installing Hive

  I had a boiler installed recently and it transpired that the programmer had originally been wired incorrectly. The plumber was not confident fixing it and his recommended electrician failed to turn up as agreed. I then found Tru-Heat on Checkatrade. Good clear communication from the start. Ross arrived at the time given and diligently did the job, giving me updates at intervals. Tidy and polite throughout. Clearly knows his stuff. The wiring is rectified, Hive installed and all working well. Wish I’d used him from the start! Recommend without hesitation.
