I'll confess was slightly sceptical at first, however I needn't have been at all because Jon was great. He turned up on time as he said he would and installed my replacement hot water tank with Economy 7 immersion heaters neatly and expertly. Jon also went the extra mile when he correctly identified and fixed a related issue that would have hindered the work I'd contracted him to do. No hesitation in saying these good folk are reliable, friendly, and do expert work at a fair price.

Ross has been a great plumber over the last two years for our properties in South West London. His company is still quite reasonable in price, professional and reliable. He carried on works such as changing valves on a few radiators, performing the gas safety certificate and fixing the boiler.

"We had a new System Boiler fitted to replace a 35 year old one. This included new gas pipes, a rework of the valve system and commissioning the new (Worcester/Bosch) boiler. A huge amount of work. Jon was extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend Tru-heat for all central heating/plumbing work. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the job."

Ross came to see me for the annual boiler service. He called me to let me know he was on his way, arrived in the timeslot, checked the boiler over and explained how we can optimise our boiler. I asked him about thermostats and he gave great advice, taking the time to explain. I really like his customer service and would really recommend Tru-Heat.
