Our hot water cylinder stopped working just before Christmas, leaving us without hot water for several days. I found Tru-Heat through Checkatrade, and it turned out to be an amazing find. Ross was fantastic from the start - a great communicator who clearly explained the likely issue over the phone and managed to fit us in despite it being so close to Christmas. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and his initial diagnosis was spot on. He fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. Ross is clearly very knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

We needed an emergency call out to fix our boiler on the weekend. Ross visited us on a Sunday within an hour of calling him, he fixed our boiler and gave us some advice on how to possibly avoid the same problem recurring. Ross was punctual, friendly and efficient. The company are also very transparent and list their charges on their website, so potential customers can know in advance of contacting them. Yes we would use Tru-heat again and would recommend them to others.

Ross is a bit of a find! I got his details from CheckaTrade so didn't approach him because of a personal recommendation. However, I would now personally recommend him to others! He was incredibly responsive, reliable and professional. I will certainly be using him again for any future plumbing or heating issues I have.

I'll confess was slightly sceptical at first, however I needn't have been at all because Jon was great. He turned up on time as he said he would and installed my replacement hot water tank with Economy 7 immersion heaters neatly and expertly. Jon also went the extra mile when he correctly identified and fixed a related issue that would have hindered the work I'd contracted him to do. No hesitation in saying these good folk are reliable, friendly, and do expert work at a fair price.
