Great communication ahead of job and on day. On the day Ross was friendly, helpful, and patient. Totally recommend and will use again.

Pressure relief valve needed replacing. This was completed by Jon in a couple of hours. Always a pleasure having Jon over. The pressure in our system is now sustaining and we are getting heat to the top of our tall town house.

Ross was fantastic from the start - a great communicator who clearly explained the likely issue over the phone and managed to fit us in despite it being so close to Christmas. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and his initial diagnosis was spot on. He fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. Ross is clearly very knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

We needed an emergency call out to fix our boiler on the weekend. Ross visited us on a Sunday within an hour of calling him, he fixed our boiler and gave us some advice on how to possibly avoid the same problem recurring. Ross was punctual, friendly and efficient. The company are also very transparent and list their charges on their website, so potential customers can know in advance of contacting them. Yes we would use Tru-heat again and would recommend them to others.
