First class job. Completed within the timescale and very pleased with both the service and price

Guy visited my property to view a tree that required feeling. He described how he tackle the job, everything from where he would park his trailer to how he would dispose of the felled tree (in my case putting it through his chipping machine). The quote he gave me was much more competitive than other quotes I received. The work was carried out professionally and without fuss. I would highly recommend.

Guy and the team were brilliant at removing a very large and overgrown laurel hedge down the side of my garage. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Very reasonably priced too. I’ve already got him lined up to remove another hedge in the new year!

I’m delighted with the work Guy did when felling a tree in our garden this morning. I was surprised at his skill and amount of expensive tools and equipment he brought to complete the job. Guy cut down the tree,, bagging all the branches, shreading them and collecting them before putting them into large canvas bags. The larger branches were sawn and cut into logs . The heavy stump was removed and the thick roots were cut and removed too. Guy is a very hard worker and left everything very tidy. He charged a fair price and I would thoroughly recommend Tree Boy Ltd.

It started off a bit sketchy as they didn't turn up on the day they were supposed to meet me to check/talk through the job. He reorganised the next day so I thought all was good. He then cancelled at 21:30 (right after I messaged to check how to pay) the day before the job was to be completed as he "hurt his shoulder". Reorganise for the next week, he absolutely butchers the first tree and doesn't get time to do the other two that were supposed to be done. Now has not turned up twice to re-organised dates and won't reply to me. No idea how he got these 5 star reviews.
