  Great job, done by professionals

  Very professional and polite, turned up on time and ready to go. Explained everything that was going to happen and did the job slightly quicker than expected! Would highly recommend, and in fact have already recommended TASC to others. Thanks again!

  It started off a bit sketchy as they didn't turn up on the day they were supposed to meet me to check/talk through the job. He reorganised the next day so I thought all was good. He then cancelled at 21:30 (right after I messaged to check how to pay) the day before the job was to be completed as he "hurt his shoulder". Reorganise for the next week, he absolutely butchers the first tree and doesn't get time to do the other two that were supposed to be done. Now has not turned up twice to re-organised dates and won't reply to me. No idea how he got these 5 star reviews.

  Too busy to reply to messages

  After sending dates through asking if they were available to come and look at the job, the first time they didn't turn up and didn't tell me, second time they didn't reply to tell me they could make it (despite chasing), then turned up unannounced to my house and blamed me for not being in or being able to take a call while I was out and busy. They then blocked me when I wanted to rearrange, completely unprofessional.
