  Fast and efficient

  Finding myself without hot water, I sent an urgent message to Transgas. Their engineer turned up within a few hours and was able to identify the failing part of the water heating system and instal a new part, which fixed the fault and restored the hot water. Additionally, since the annual boiler service was due soon, he took the opportunity to carry it out there and then, thus doing two jobs in one visit and saving me money. This is wonderful service. I have used Transgas for twelve years and have never had cause for complaint. They are utterly reliable and pleasant to deal with. Top marks.

  Professional plumbing and boiler company

  I had a leak from the bathroom radiator and called Transgas to isolate the radiator to stop the leak and to install a new radiator. The engineer Louis came to isolate the radiator and once the new radiator arrived, he installed it for me and took the old one away. Friendly guy who talked me through what he needed to do and completed the works by himself. I have used Transgas before who installed a new boiler three years ago and fixed a valve that seised last year. Great to have a local company who can deal with my plumbing needs who respond quickly.

  Emergency call out repair and fix

  Our boiler had stopped working when we were away. On our return, Transgas came next day to make a temporary repair and order a part. It was successfully fix. As always the engineers were informative, helpful and quick to sort the problems. Grateful for their help and also for the annual services. My boiler is over 12 years old and still working well.

  First Experience

  The gentleman that came to sort my boiler out was friendly, courteous, efficient and informative. I cannot say the same for the accounts lady who accused me today of not paying my bill when she did not even have the correct e-mail address. Please ensure your accounts have the correct facts before they start accusing people of not paying their accounts.

  Reliable and efficient boiler replacement

  The Transgas engineers were extremely efficient and the new boiler was installed within the time predicted. I had expected dust and noise, but these were kept to a minimum. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their heating system. They make the process as easy as possible for the customer.

  Found toilet waste pipe detached behind ducting, opened for access, fitted a new flexible coupling.
