I recently had a boiler valve replaced by Transgas Service, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Gary Allan, the technician, was highly professional throughout the job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a clear manner, and completed the valve replacement efficiently and with great care. What really impressed me was Gary’s thoroughness — he also took the time to inspect the hot water cylinder and identified the source of a hidden water leak that I hadn’t noticed. Not only did he find the issue, but he also stopped the leak.

They did a brilliant job , professional , transparent and on time ! 👍 John came to see us to see what we required. The quote he sent was detailed explaining all that was required and recommended optional add ons that we could finalise online or through a phone call. Dates of works to start and engineers arrival times all sent to us without us having to chase anything. The two men we had were uniformed , polite, and professional and just got in with the job. Roofers all organised to patch up roof repairs from removing the old flue system and waste clearance all scheduled through Transgas

First class service. New boiler installed and it works perfectly. I recommend Transgas wholeheartedly. Also good to see an apprentice at work - we need more apprenticeships.
