We recently had Transgas carry out a full boiler replacement, including new pipework, removal of the old boiler and water tanks, and installation of a smart thermostat. From start to finish, their work was of an excellent standard. They were punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. After the initial installation, we had a few final queries about some items that may have been left behind in error. Transgas responded promptly and returned to resolve everything without any fuss, making sure the job was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend!

Easy communication and booking with the office from start to finish (job involved two visits). Matt arrived on time for both visits, worked quietly and efficiently, tidied up afterwards and was polite and friendly. This is the third time I have used TransGas for plumbing jobs. I had a different engineer/plumber for each job and all have been equally good.
