    Loft fitted

    From start to finish Transform Loft Solutions were very professional. Quoted a price for boarding a loft, a light, new hatch and shelving down one side. Mark and Jonathan arrived on time(a txt sent the previous evening informing us of their arrival time) and they got straight on with the job. Very considerate of your house with dust sheets provided. The job took about 3 hours and we couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely recommend them . Thank you

    Loft flooring & hatch

    Communication from initial contact to quote then work carried out was professional & friendly. There were no hidden costs, and they explained everything in detail. They created a new, larger hatch in a safe place for me, with a fixed ladder & light. Also boarded half of my loft space for storage. A fab job :) the 2 lads were great :)

    Left bittersweet aftertaste

    After work completion, stair light wouldn’t work anymore, TV aerial cable was left stuck under the new flooring and they took our working aerial instead of old aerial to the skip. Paid £100 for the removal of old flooring etc into a private account instead of the rest into the company’s account. First, company admitted liability and asking me for an estimation for a replacement aerial before taking my bank details. However, after I bought a new aerial, they never paid or replied to any of my texts or calls. The only thing they fixed was the light. I have never dealt with a company like them.

    Loft floored out new hatch and ladder

    Lads turned up when they said they would and once here never stopped. There was no mess and they carried out a very professional job. Will definitely be recommending them to others

    Loft hatch and ladder

    Communicated well before the job and then came early on the day which was great. Fast efficient work done by some polite workers who were very professional. Clean and tidy too. And most importantly a good price for a job well done.

    Unacceptable price gouging

    Was booked in to have my loft boarding, they rescheduled once, then 2 days before the work was due to start they tried to jack the price up by over £1000. Very shady business practice, would avoid as already expensive and you can't trust they won't try to overcharge last minute.
