Job location: WA7Came out promptly. Friendly guy. Fitted the aerial and it works fine. Had a brief moment of uncertainty over something with him but he was keen to make sure I was happy and when he explained I was satisfied. The final result is that I've got a TV picture again. Ste, Transam Aerial Solutions fitted me a bedroom aerial a few months ago when I received 100% service but last week I wasn't getting signal. I rang Ste who booked to come a couple of days later. He located the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price as always he was polite and easy to understand what the problem was. He didn't try to over charge me when he could of... Stephen had a good idea what the issue was when I called him, but discovered it was a different issue going on. He dealt with the issue with great patience and determination to locate the problem and fix it. Gave me an up front price and stuck to it.
