We had problems with TV reception, the aerial was old and wobbled in the wind. Stephen replaced the aerial and amplifier. All the work was completed in just a couple of days. Everything now works well.

Stephen was extremely professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. He made sure all the channels were working perfectly before he left and even taught me a few things along the way! Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about doing a great job. Having moved into a new house, we were assured our outside office had full Ethernet but we couldn’t get it to work. Steve booked us in quickly for the following week, walked us through what the issues could be and provided best and worst case scenario pricing. He arrived on time, was really friendly and clearly explained everything. Having realised we needed it completely recabling, he walked us through it, worked under tricky conditions and got it fixed quickly. On top of that, he’s a really fun and easy going guy - which made the stress after a move much easier! So glad we went with Steve.

Excellent service today.. Steve turned up exactly the time he said he was coming. He worked hard up in the roof and sorted our problem out with new Aerial and got TV up and working again at the price quoted before arrival.. cheers Steve we would definitely recommend you Mike and Tracey
