  Trafford windows supplied and fitted out PVC door within 3 days of the order being placed. The customer service was outstanding. High quality door and mechanism. 5 star service, highly recommend. We will definitely use Trafford windows again

  Windows and Doors Fitted

  Had windows and doors fitted but so unprofessional. Requested window openings but when fitted not as requested. Asked for Number to put on Top Front Door Window and wanted glass to be frosted - Not done. Middle room sky light outside left without cover. Top two back windows have both side gaps - not filled. Enclosed Pictures for reference. Rang and messaged but no reply to date. I was having a full renovation of house so moved in September 2024, tried ringing for works to be rectified but no answer it’s May 2025.

  Replacing window lock and seal

  Unprofessional, lacking skill and care. Would not use again. Two men came to fix my bathroom window, did a bad job: handle replaced isn't right; didn't replace seal until I pointed it out; removed pieces of the existing frame, saying they weren't needed; dropped window components into yard without even noticing and I had to go get them; denied scratching frame; used and dirtied towels. Boss apologised and upon asking gave small discount, but had the nerve to say I shouldn't have my towels there!

  Full door and window replacement

  Awful service. Wonky door left in. Absolutely awful by Zahid. Sorry mate but you have no professionalism. Only reason his staff were willing to come to try fix the wonky door was because I found Zahid had left his drill. But by then, too late as flooring was tiled in. AVOID

  I had all new windows and large patio doors with side panels fitted from Trafford Windows

  Two chaps came with the windows and doors and fitted them, they were very polite and very professional. They did what they came to do and left! I spotted one of the windows had a slight imperfection in the glass so I called the company and they came and sorted it out, we got a fabulous price and will definitely use them again! Highly recommended by us! ??
