Unprofessional, lacking skill and care. Would not use again. Two men came to fix my bathroom window, did a bad job: handle replaced isn't right; didn't replace seal until I pointed it out; removed pieces of the existing frame, saying they weren't needed; dropped window components into yard without even noticing and I had to go get them; denied scratching frame; used and dirtied towels. Boss apologised and upon asking gave small discount, but had the nerve to say I shouldn't have my towels there!

Awful service. Wonky door left in. Absolutely awful by Zahid. Sorry mate but you have no professionalism. Only reason his staff were willing to come to try fix the wonky door was because I found Zahid had left his drill. But by then, too late as flooring was tiled in. AVOID

Two chaps came with the windows and doors and fitted them, they were very polite and very professional. They did what they came to do and left! I spotted one of the windows had a slight imperfection in the glass so I called the company and they came and sorted it out, we got a fabulous price and will definitely use them again! Highly recommended by us! ??

Excellent work and very tidy and quick work done . Highly recommended and what a job that have done . Lovely job .

Has been more than 5 months since I placed an order got frosted glass and still haven’t received it. Comes up with new excuses everytime, promises a date and never fulfills it, never said sorry or given a kind gesture or anything. Worst company to deal with, very poor quality workmanship aswell.
