A Good Professional Experience

James came late on a Friday to do a survey of the work so as to give a quote needed for the insurance company. When finally given agreement to start, he and his team were reliable, considerate and respectful on the days they were on site. They had a plumbing repair to get to and then plaster and paint for the damage that had occurred and also for the access that had to be created access pipes.

Serious leak coming from our boiler.

Major leak from our boiler, I put a job up on checkatrade Sunday morning and James replied instantly and was round within the hour. He managed to diagnose the problem there and then, ordered the part and returned as informed on Tuesday to fix the issue. Friendly, reliable and affordable. Thanks again!

Quote for new bath taps

The communication was extremely quick and efficient, with the quote being carried out the next day. An honest opinion was given that be taps were not needed and attempts made to find the correct issue. On this occasion, I didn't need any work carried out but know in future I would not hesitate.
