James came late on a Friday to do a survey of the work so as to give a quote needed for the insurance company. When finally given agreement to start, he and his team were reliable, considerate and respectful on the days they were on site. They had a plumbing repair to get to and then plaster and paint for the damage that had occurred and also for the access that had to be created access pipes.

Replied to inquiry extremely fast, attended the property very quickly, gave advice needed with no unnecessary upselling.

James was open to looking at the job and was able to get a handle on required repair from photos and video shared via WhatsApp. James made an appointment within 24 hours, reviewed the problem and offered advice on resolution. Major leak from our boiler, I put a job up on checkatrade Sunday morning and James replied instantly and was round within the hour. He managed to diagnose the problem there and then, ordered the part and returned as informed on Tuesday to fix the issue. Friendly, reliable and affordable. Thanks again!
