  I have used trade mates for several years to make large and small repairs to my property in Southsea. He always keeps me and my tenant informed and gives good advice on the work that needs doing. Would recommend

  Ashley and his team were very easy to get into contact with and answered any questions I had very quickly. They also did a great job on installing the bathroom fast and professionally. Would highly recommend for any work that is needed.

  Toilet Room Refit

  I would highly recommend Trade Mates Ltd. Ashley and Dean did a great job refitting our toilet room. There were a few issues outside of their control and Dean was very accommodating in finding a solution, nothing was too much trouble. Communication throughout was fantastic and work completed to a high standard.

  Changing a brick built bin shed into a downstairs wet room. Updating front of property.

  Initially we wanted an old brick built shed attached to our property turned into a downstairs wet room. We had seen our neighbour having this done last year although theirs was only a downstairs toilet and sink. Considering the limited space available the finished job is amazing far superior to what we had imagined. It has definitely added value to our property. We also wanted the front of the house updating so a front patio was laid cladding done and rendering done we now have serious kerb appeal. I would highly recommend this firm they delivered more than we expected and we are delighted

  Stair rail and bathroom grab rails fitted.

  I had already had a very positive experience with Trade Mates when Dean supervised a complete refurbishment of my house, 4 years ago. When I was suddenly taken into hospital I contacted Ashley as I needed a stair rail and extra rails in the bathrooms for my return home. As always great communication from Ashley and he managed to fit this into his busy schedule. I left most of the decisions to Dean as I know from experience he has knows what he's doing and makes good choices. I'm very happy with the result. Thank you Ashley and Dean. 😊

  New kitchen

  Dean and Ashley are fantastic! Would 100% recommend. Lovely friendly people, prompt clear communication, reasonable quotes and excellent work. They handled everything we needed for a complete refurb of our kitchen. Provided excellent advice, kept us well informed throughout, and completed everything to a great standard.
