I had already had a very positive experience with Trade Mates when Dean supervised a complete refurbishment of my house, 4 years ago. When I was suddenly taken into hospital I contacted Ashley as I needed a stair rail and extra rails in the bathrooms for my return home. As always great communication from Ashley and he managed to fit this into his busy schedule. I left most of the decisions to Dean as I know from experience he has knows what he's doing and makes good choices. I'm very happy with the result. Thank you Ashley and Dean. 😊

Dean and Ashley are fantastic! Would 100% recommend. Lovely friendly people, prompt clear communication, reasonable quotes and excellent work. They handled everything we needed for a complete refurb of our kitchen. Provided excellent advice, kept us well informed throughout, and completed everything to a great standard.

After moving into a new property, we required some work completing. I contacted Ashley who provided some useful suggestions and advice, along with a competitive quote. We had various jobs completed including loft ladder installation, loft boarding, dishwasher removal, freezer installation, painting and decorating, and a new bathroom. We were kept up to date with the progress of the work throughout the project. Dean was a very hard worker, and we are very happy with the results.

After a recurring problem with the shower waste after the wet room refurb Ashley and Dean tried a few fixes and decided to completely replace the waste and all the flooring under guarantee. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . Ashley always replies to communication and they do their best for the customer. I would certainly use Trades Mates again. Thanks to them both . We are very happy with the work and our lovely wet room.

Dean fixed a radiator (one wasn’t repairable). Replaced a kitchen tap. Replaced broken skirting boards. J found him to be punctual, knowledgable, pleasant, clean and tidy. Ash was great with communication. All in all, I would use this company again and not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Guys

Ashley and Dean have been fantastic. From the moment I sent a quote, my messages were answered really quickly. Ashley came to provide me with a quote and was really accommodating with different possible options. Nothing was too much trouble for Dean when he completed the work and he even fitted my new toilet seat which wasn't part of the original job but did it to be helpful, which was really appreciated. You can tell Ashley really cares about his business and customer experience which goes a long way with me. My mum has already booked a job with him and I would certainly use again. Thank you
