  Replacement oak flooring review for Floorteck

  Jamie and Jason from Floorteck have been brilliant from start to finish. They were responsive to my request for a quote for the insurers following a leak, and once commissioned, dealt with a very awkward lift and replace job with consummate professionalism, including helping to source a specialist screeding company. They were always communicative with plans and carefully explained any issues and arrived on site promptly at the agreed time. They clearly take great pride in their work - we loved our old oak floor; we love our new one even more. Can't recommend highly enough.

  My doors are still leaning on the wall because the installer did not have the right tool to undercut them and only let me know at the last minute! Attention to detail was below average.

  Hi, We would like to reply to this unfortunate review. As explained in our estimate, we do not cut doors and the customer would need to source a carpenter themselves. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the client but feel the review is extremely harsh for the quality of work and product that has been installed.

  Excellent service from start to finish, cannot praise Jamie and his team enough. Great customer service, selection of products and workmanship at a very reasonable price. Special mention to Billy the fitter - he done an incredible amount of work in a very short space of time with a smile on his face. Will be recommending Floorteck to all friends and family from now on.
