Jamie and Jason from Floorteck have been brilliant from start to finish. They were responsive to my request for a quote for the insurers following a leak, and once commissioned, dealt with a very awkward lift and replace job with consummate professionalism, including helping to source a specialist screeding company. They were always communicative with plans and carefully explained any issues and arrived on site promptly at the agreed time. They clearly take great pride in their work - we loved our old oak floor; we love our new one even more. Can't recommend highly enough.

My doors are still leaning on the wall because the installer did not have the right tool to undercut them and only let me know at the last minute! Attention to detail was below average.
