  replacement of bathroom extractor fan

  the intention was to replace my extractor fan but when Mel checked it he advised it was absolutely fine and did not replacing. He instead updated a cable connection and installed an isolation switch at my request. Appreciated his honesty which saved me money and the way he conducted himself.

  Fault finding and fixing sockets

  Mel and his apprentice recently came out to diagnose a fault and fix my kitchen sockets. He got me back up and running quickly and took the time to explain everything. He even answered the phone on a weekend, which is a rarity! Mel was professional and knowledgeable. He’ll be returning to do more work for us in January, which speaks for itself.

  Trip Switch on Circuit Breaker Board not working

  Very satisfied with the work carried out. Mel and his apprentice attended the job. Telephone contact prior to home visit was good. Both were professional and pleasant. We did not feel patronised in anyway. Problem was diagnosed and attended to. Mel informed us about the work he was going to carry out in a clear and concise manner. Our problem has been resolved and we are satisfied customers.
