Great work from Mel, communication and doing what we wanted, whilst also providing expert opinions and advice.

the intention was to replace my extractor fan but when Mel checked it he advised it was absolutely fine and did not replacing. He instead updated a cable connection and installed an isolation switch at my request. Appreciated his honesty which saved me money and the way he conducted himself.

Contacted Mel via phone to request his help to resolve a problem at my aging uncle’s house. Mel was kind, helpful, on time, and completed the work professionally. Thoroughly recommend, thank you Mel.

Mel and his apprentice recently came out to diagnose a fault and fix my kitchen sockets. He got me back up and running quickly and took the time to explain everything. He even answered the phone on a weekend, which is a rarity! Mel was professional and knowledgeable. He’ll be returning to do more work for us in January, which speaks for itself.

Very satisfied with the work carried out. Mel and his apprentice attended the job. Telephone contact prior to home visit was good. Both were professional and pleasant. We did not feel patronised in anyway. Problem was diagnosed and attended to. Mel informed us about the work he was going to carry out in a clear and concise manner.
