  Tom and Paul at TPE Electrical were excellent to work with from start to finish. The quote was clear and accurate, and everything they said they would do was completed exactly as promised—no surprises. They took the time to answer all my questions, arrived when they said they would, and completed the work within the timeframe discussed. The whole process felt very straightforward and professional.   Exceptional service from Tom.

  Tom had me booked in within a couple of hours of posting the advert and offered the best possible price for completing EICRs across 76 apartments. On site, he also took the initiative to resolve several minor electrical issues raised by tenants, which was a huge help. Communication was excellent throughout, he was punctual, professional, and delivered a top-quality service. Since then, Tom has been my first point of call for all electrical works across the properties I manage. Highly recommended — I would always advise contacting Tom first before anyone else. Always a pleasure to work with.

  TPE were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Tom came round to carry out an EICR and explained the issues found with the 40-year-old wiring and the dated fuse box. Luke then fitted a new consumer unit with proper RCD protection and also traced and fixed a loose connection in the socket ring circuit. They got everything done over the New Year period so that the property was safe and compliant in time for a new tenancy to start. Communication was clear, work was tidy, and nothing felt rushed despite the tight timeline. Highly recommended!
