Tom had me booked in within a couple of hours of posting the advert and offered the best possible price for completing EICRs across 76 apartments. On site, he also took the initiative to resolve several minor electrical issues raised by tenants, which was a huge help. Tom was super efficient and professional

TPE were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Tom came round to carry out an EICR and explained the issues found with the 40-year-old wiring and the dated fuse box. Luke then fitted a new consumer unit with proper RCD protection and also traced and fixed a loose connection in the socket ring circuit. They got everything done over the New Year period so that the property was safe and compliant in time for a new tenancy to start. Communication was clear, work was tidy, and nothing felt rushed despite the tight timeline. Highly recommended!
