  Mike fitted a new Water 2 filter to my incoming mains to the kitchen tap. Now have beautiful filtered drinking water. Great job, efficiently carried out in a timely manner Well done.

  Whole house refurbishment

  The quality of Mike's workmanship is outstanding. Estimating a little too vague imo though, with communication and project management skills lacking in some areas. However, converting my tiny downstairs loo to a van-style wet room was a work of art and an exercise in determination and commitment to see the job through.

  With large projects, such as a whole house refurbishment, the ideal is a complete accurate specification to provide costs and labour for and one that won't be constantly changed! We are however, flexible enough to deal with any challenge with a smile 😃 .

  New multi column radiators fitted

  We have used TCDL many time previously and we recently had some work carried out and some radiators fitted. Mike was extremely professional, punctual and his work was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any work in the house.

  Successful completion of multi-room/multi-trade project.

  Having used Town & County Plumbing & Tiling on a previous job and being really happy, I didn’t hesitate to call on them again, this time for a bigger project which spanned several rooms. This was a big job which required multi-trades. Mike coordinated the job effectively, and all of the tradesman in his team (including himself!) were skilled, hard working, conscientious and friendly/approachable. We have some bigger projects lined up for the future, and I’m very much looking forward to working with Mike and the team again.

  Plumbing, plumbing and electrics for toilet/utility room and entrance hall.

  This was a job which I’d been struggling to get my head around as it involved plumbing, plastering and electrics - which were all co-dependent on each other. Mike did a great job of coordinating the works, and kept me well informed of the process from start to finish. Quality of workmanship is great from all members of the team. Project was on budget. All tradesman polite, courteous and tidy. Very much looking forward with confidence to work with Mike and the team on future projects.
