This was a job which I’d been struggling to get my head around as it involved plumbing, plastering and electrics - which were all co-dependent on each other. Mike did a great job of coordinating the works, and kept me well informed of the process from start to finish. Quality of workmanship is great from all members of the team. Project was on budget. All tradesman polite, courteous and tidy. Very much looking forward with confidence to work with Mike and the team on future projects.

New bathroom, and en suite created in a 1930s house. The en suite required structural work to remove part of a wall and install a steel beam. Mike involved specialists to carry out calculations and manage building control as well as other contractors all of whom showed professionalism and skill. Some older plumbing in the house, and need for new waste was responded to creatively and added to the look of the finished job. This was a big job over a couple of months that presented several challenges, I was pleased to have had Mike’s skill, energy and experience to draw on.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Mike, Dan and Paul to install a new unvented hot water cylinder. Mike had his work cut out literally as he had to remove/replace existing galvanised steel pipe work, but managed to complete the installation and minimise disruption to the household over the period it took to complete the work. Very happy with the work and the finished product, we now have a more efficient hot water cylinder and much improved water pressure. Would definitely recommend Town and County and was grateful to my Mike and his colleagues for their impressive work.

Excellent experience. Provided expert advice on best approach for a non-standard requirements. Arranged ordering, performed removal and fitting of new shower. Correctly predicted an issue with floor support, included this within the quote to prevent any surprise. An delay occured when part of the new shower was delivered damaged (no fault of Mike) and worked around the issued to prevent further delay.

Arrived when they said they would, did the work that they were able to. Polite and tidy.
