  Squirrel in the Loft

  This man is very helpful. Sorted out our unwanted guest (squirrel in the loft). He inspected the loft, explained what was happening, fitted traps, came back a second time fitted a camera. Third visit, when everything was clear, blocked off the hole with the metal plate outside. He was discrete & respectful of our concerns would highly recommend.

  Ben was amazing and really thorough. He charged a flat fee for three visits and offered to come back if needed for free. He used traps, rat poisons, tracking dust, did a sewer survey, went round to the neighbours, blocked off some entry points in the kitchen, and even checked the sewer at the end of the line, and found that a cap needed replacing to block their entry. He uses a range of different poisons and definitely killed off some rats in the loft. He is really knowledgeable, happy to answer all our questions, and wants to get the job done properly, rather than just make money.

  Wasp Nest Treatment

  Enquired with Ben to treat a wasps nest we had, the wasps entering between the outside wall and roof. Really fast response and Ben came the work was completed the following day. Ben was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how the process would work, also confirming that if any follow up treatment was needed, he would come back out for no extra charge. Excellent service provided, thanks!
