I have had various issues over the past few years and have required Ben and Kirsty to come out and help us control and resolve the situation. Each time they are very informative and use their knowledge and skills to bring things to an end very quickly. Ben was very thorough in exploring where the rats could be getting into my house. He was always warm and friendly, and responded promptly when I contacted him. He talked through the work he was doing, made recommendations, and clearly wanted to help me solve the problem of why the rats kept coming back.
