Excellent work and great communication def recommend he knows his stuff

Enquired with Ben to treat a wasps nest we had, the wasps entering between the outside wall and roof. Really fast response and Ben came the work was completed the following day. Ben was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how the process would work, also confirming that if any follow up treatment was needed, he would come back out for no extra charge. Excellent service provided, thanks!

I have had various issues over the past few years and have required Ben and Kirsty to come out and help us control and resolve the situation. Each time they are very informative and use their knowledge and skills to bring things to an end very quickly. Their service is always great and no matter what the situation they keep in communication until the situation is resolved and always happy to help.

Ben was very thorough in exploring where the rats could be getting into my house. He was always warm and friendly, and responded promptly when I contacted him. He talked through the work he was doing, made recommendations, and clearly wanted to help me solve the problem of why the rats kept coming back. Would recommend.

Ben visited a few times to help us manage the rat problem outside and mice in the loft. When there remained a bit of activity after the initial visits Ben came back to sort it out.
