Suspected rodents in our loft. Messaged Brian via checkatrade who responded quickly, gave me a competitive quote and attended quickly. Brian located the issue (apparently mice rather than rats) and is returning in 2 weeks to check for any further activity after laying bait and checking drains. Very impressed to date, will update after Brian's 2nd visit. Andy.

Brian answered my call straight away, he advised this was because he was not on a job - while he was on site at our house his phone went to answerphone, while he is working on the job he is focussed 100% on it. Brian advised he charges once and that covers the job until the problem is resolved. He won’t charge again unless they return at a later date. From first contact Brian was friendly, professional, courtesy and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again

Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable sorting out my rat problem in the loft .He traced the problem to redundant drains going into the property from when we had an extension and advised us to block them off . Nothing was too much trouble for Brian and he came out a few times to check the bait and traps . A very tidy and clean worker which I would recommend . The price was very competitive
