  We had an error code on our security alarm and an annoying "pinging" every 90 seconds. Called Andy and he had someone out to the house within the hour to fix the issue. Very pleased with the service.

  Fault with alarm was identified as a faulty alarm panel. We had information regarding the call out which was followed up with a quote for two options. The engineer was very professional. He also replaced the outside bell which was extra to the original job and checked our smoke alarms. Overall a very good job. He explained the new panel and tested it several times. We were given a booklet with all the relevant infothstion.
