Arrived when they said they would, did the job very quickly - really pleased.

Sam, was very punctual, very polite, throughout the work carried he took time to explain, very clean and tidy. He ensured several times the system performed as it should- a very professional service of which I would highly recommend- my neighbour saw the service and has now booked for the same- thank you Sam/ Andy

The service we received from Andy was excellent. He responded promptly to our request for a quote , was on time for the appointment, and explained everything clearly, answering all our queries fully. Once we accepted his very reasonable quote , he arranged to undertake the installation of our burglar alarm without delay. The work was completed efficiently and Andy cleaned up afterwards , leaving everything "shipshape".

Great service from Andy. Helpful initial call, quick response and dealt with the issue with the alarm at a very sensible price. We had been quoted over £300 by a few other alarm companies which just didn't reflect the time required. Would definitely use Andy again and recommend him.

Andy visited yesterday to service our alarm and replace the battery in its panel.. This is the 3rd time we have asked Total Security Design to service our alarm.
