Glad we got Total Profiles to replace a door and window in our house

Glad to have had total profiles round to replace a door and window in our house. They were quick to respond to the initial enquiry and do the measurements. They kept us updated during the process of building of the door and window, and have fitted them both well. They look really good. They were also able to understand and fix a small issue with another of our doors. Would definitely recommend.

We had our sofit, facia and gutter replaced at the back of the house. They were very clean and tidy. They did a good job carried out in a day. They were helpful and also added a hedgehog to hopefully stop gutters blocking in the future.

Professional workmanship and excellent service

Had a lovely new front door designed from a very large selection of colours and fittings. 6 weeks lead time which I was told on ordering, two lovely young men fitted the new door perfectly. I noticed the actual barrel was brass rather than silver like the rest of the furniture. I sent an email, and received a phone call the next morning and was told it was not a problem to order me another barrel in silver. This was fitted as soon as it arrived by the boss! Excellent service by very proffesional tradesman, wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend.
