Selected thickened glass with a laminate coating. Their surveyor measured the window dimensions as mine is an old house and has its irregularities. Installation of the two units was completed in one morning. Very efficient and professional service. Effective road noise reduction has been achieved plus the units are neat and unobtrusive.

The whole experience was great, I originally called them out to a door that wouldn’t locked that they had fitted 23 years ago. Despite having no responsibility for it they came out the same day and managed to do a fix to secure it. I had been putting off replacing it for a number of reasons but decided this was the time. The whole thing was seamless from the initial contact, measurements being done to the fitting and in a very short space of time that fitted the time frame I had required. The fitters were 3 lovely chaps who did a great job and I am really really pleased with the whole thing.

I am delighted with my new installation! Total Profiles have transformed my house. From start to finish it was completed within a month - 8 windows, 1 back door & 1 set of french doors. Steve came to see us & provided a very reasonable quote. He gave me a tour of the factory to see how they make the windows which was really interesting! The installers did an amazing job, they were polite, left my house clean, professional with beautiful attention to detail. It was stress free and they really do look after you. Steve is the owner and is clearly very passionate about his company and customers.

From start to finish, they were great. Communication was spot on, price was reasonable, and the install team were very polite, clean, and did a great job of the install.

They surveyed the triangular shaped area and produced a UPVC double glazed unit, to fit in to the end of my altered conservatory. The whole transaction was very professionally undertaken from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. It's nice to use a local company as well.

Efficient communication throughout with helpful advice at factory, an initial survey visit followed by a second survey, installation on date agreed by team. Very pleased with the new windows.
