3.33 Rushed workers, unlevel doors and bad repairs

The workers they send have no idea what they're doing beyond the standard fitting, which they got wrong anyways. They have installed our new doors crooked, so the doors would not stay open at all, and the step had no support now and collapsed. We have complained multiple times and our problem has not been fixed. Great communication from calling the sales office to outline my requirements with Teresa, to Dave the salesman that came and saw me at home, to Mr Knight the surveyor who measured up the job, through to Ricky the fitter. All were polite, helpful, informative and were not pushy. I knew what I wanted. Ricky was caring and helpful, turned up early in the time slot allocated, fitted the door/frame professionally and in a timely manner. Ricky worked tidily and took the old door etc away leaving the site clean and tidy, thankyou. Third time using Toralglaze over the years. As before everyone at the company, from reception through to installation, are polite, helpful, efficient and informative. Job location: CT6Totalglaze have done two jobs for me over the last couple of years. No hard sell . The most competitive prices. Work was done to high standards, Fitters were polite and courteous and left the site clean on both occasions. Would definitely recommend
