    We had to have our porch door panel replaced as it was damaged. It was about 2 foot square. Made an appointment to measure up and then they came and fit it in about 5 minutes. Good service arrived when said and workman was polite and friendly. Job was a bit pricey but they did a good job.

    Conservatory Ceiling

    Matt and Chris came today to fit a T.L.C Roof to my conservatory they worked very hard even through the torrential rain. They cleared all the rubbish and left the room tidy. They were polite and helpful. Our whole experience with Totalglaze has been very good from walking into their office to make an enquiry to having the work completed

    Absolutely Avoid

    Totalglaze installed our windows/doors +conservatory. We had issues throughout including damage to internal frames and glass due to careless installation and they also managed to smash our kitchen sink. The final products, especially the conservatory is horrendous. In total we've had 5 follow up visits to either re-trim, re-silicone or re-fit component parts due to damage and many email exchanges with the management who just want to send another. Raised a formal complaint, met the owner numerous times who said he'd fix it. Dont make the same mistake I did. I'm now escalating the matter

    Rushed workers, unlevel doors and bad repairs

    The workers they send have no idea what they're doing beyond the standard fitting, which they got wrong anyways. They have installed our new doors crooked, so the doors would not stay open at all, and the step had no support now and collapsed. We have complained multiple times and our problem has not been fixed. We're essentially being ignored and their temporary fix (restrictors) is now failing.
