  Last week we decided to look for some form of heating for our adopted son with complex needs. We approached Total Engineering Service North East Ltd. We made contact, within a day their surveyors arrived, they were courteous, respectful . With in hours we were sent a full breakdown of works. We accepted their fair quote. Today a team of again well mannered and respectful professional men arrived they were punctual. They completed the job, took away all their rubbish and left everywhere tidy. Extremely impressed and will definitely recommend.

  Fantastic Air source heat pump install

  Total engineering installed my Air source heat pump and I couldn't be happier. The whole process was stress-free, the installers were fantastic and the system has worked brilliantly since it was put in. The planning was very thorough and the installers were very respectful and left my house clean and tidy. 10 out of 10.

  Installing an ASHP system

  Excellent service provided by the staff who were all good listeners and were happy to adapt the fitting and siting of pipes/rads to our preferences. Excellent back up support from the office staff who are very quick to respond to queries. Most importantly we found the fitting of the new ashp and radiators was to a very high standard. I would fully recommend Total Engineering to anyone considering using any of their services.
