  I felt total confidence when talking to both Chloe and then Dave in regards to my situation and what I was trying to achieve. Having a chat with Dave was excellent in terms of exploring the options, what would be involved in the installation. The survey was then conducted professionally and also in a timely manner and detailed out what was required. The installation itself took place in 2 days and by a team who clearly know what they were doing and were efficient. There was a radiator that was damaged on delivery but Dave was on the case and replaced it quickly. Very positive overall
